SA Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. (Sera Pakistan) is looking for an experienced Section Head – Casting for our Faisalabad Factory.

Location: Faisalabad (FSD Plant)

Industry: Ceramics

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the casting section operations to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor casting processes, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

Troubleshoot process issues and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Ceramics / relevant discipline.

6–8 years of relevant experience in the ceramics or tiles manufacturing industry.

Strong technical knowledge of casting processes.

Proven leadership and team management skills.
