Section Officer - Food & Beverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in Food & Beverage categories.
• Sound knowledge of stock handling, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
• Ability to manage floor operations and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store activities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, hygiene standards, and expiry/FIFO management will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper display and replenishment of Food & Beverage items.
• Monitor stock availability, expiry management, and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards within the section.
• Assist customers and handle queries professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams for timely stock movement.
• Support the supervisor in achieving sales and operational targets.
