Secure Full Stack TypeScript Developer Internship (Cybersecurity Focus)
Paid Internship – 30,000 PKR per month

Join SMB DigitalZone as a Secure Full Stack TypeScript Developer Intern and gain hands-on experience building robust, secure web applications.

This 3-month paid internship is ideal for developers eager to apply Mern stuck skills with a focus on modern cybersecurity.

If you perform well during the 3-month internship, we will promote you to a Junior Developer position with a revised salary.

You will work on real projects and strengthen the security of our web applications.

Requirements:

• Strong TypeScript fundamentals
• Full-stack development using Node.js and Next.js
• Experience building backend APIs with Node.js
• Frontend development using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of MongoDB and API design
• Cybersecurity knowledge is required.
• Understanding of common web vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and injection attacks
• Knowledge of authentication systems such as JWT or session-based authentication
• Understanding of HTTPS and SSL basics
• Familiarity with Git and pull request workflow

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Review backend and frontend code for security risks.
• Secure APIs, authentication flows, and data handling
• Implement validation, rate limiting, and secure coding practices.
• Test applications for common web vulnerabilities
• Work with the development team to improve secure development practices.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• One hour lunch break daily
• Friday includes a 1.5-hour lunch break.
• Saturday and Sunday off
• All assigned tasks must be completed before the end of the day on Friday.

Learning:

The company will provide Udemy courses related to secure development and cybersecurity. We expect you to complete these courses actively and apply your knowledge to ongoing projects.

Evaluation:

• Weekly review of tasks and improvements
• Ability to identify and fix security weaknesses
• Code quality and implementation
• Promotion based on performance

Compensation:

30,000 PKR per month during the internship.
