Job description:

- The security officer is responsible for monitoring the entry and exit of customers and staff, ensuring compliance with all internal supermarket rules and regulations.

- Continuously monitors security cameras to detect any suspicious or unauthorized activity and takes immediate action in a safe and effective manner when necessary.

- Handles any emergencies such as disputes or attempted thefts and reports directly to management for appropriate action.

- Maintains order within the supermarket, including organizing queues, managing entrances and exits, and ensuring the safety of all visitors.

- Collaborates with the management team to maintain a safe and calm work environment and participates in the implementation of emergency plans or safety training when required.

- Monitors property and inventory within the supermarket, reports any damage or violations immediately, and provides regular reports on the security status.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in security or guarding is an advantage.

- Ability to handle work pressure and make quick decisions.

- Good physical fitness and high discipline.

- Security or self-defense training certificates are considered a plus.
