</b></li><li><b>Depth knowledge of networks, operation troubleshooting and working closely with global customer accounts.
</b></li><li><b>Skilled in planning &amp; coordinating firewall installation, upgrade, moves, configuration &amp; connections.
</b></li><li><b>Customer Support/Managed Services Experience
</b></li><li><b>Solid Communication Skills (Written/Verbal/Presentation).
</b></li><li><b>Solid team player.
</b></li><li><b>Ability to grasp complex design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients.
</b></li><li><b>Ability to troubleshoot implementation problems during Implementation\ Operation Level.
</b></li><li><b>Managed services background preferred.
</b></li><li><b>CCNP/CCIE security certification added advantage</b></li></ul></div></div></div></div>
