Security Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Consultant with 4+ years of expertise in network security, risk management, and cloud security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities, implementing security frameworks, managing incidents, and ensuring robust protection of organizational systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT) to identify and remediate security risks.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and risk management activities.
• Implement and maintain security standards aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT frameworks.
• Secure cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Lead and support incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and manage encryption technologies and authentication systems.
• Monitor security logs, alerts, and events to detect threats.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Provide security recommendations and technical guidance to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network security tools.
• Experience conducting VAPT and security audits.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in securing cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of encryption standards and identity & access management (IAM).
• Experience in incident handling and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (preferred).
• Experience in regulatory compliance environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹388,730.29 - ₹1,449,979.39 per year
