Hiring Range: $18.77 to $24.40

Pay Range: $18.77 to $27.21

Summary of Job Responsibilties:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Security Dispatcher is responsible for responding promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls, monitoring alarms, video surveillance systems, and other notification devices and dispatching appropriate security response while relaying pertinent information to Security Officers to support a safe and secure environment for the protection of employees, customer-owners, and visitors.

Qualifications:

SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

1. High school diploma or GED.

2. Two (2) years of Customer Service and / or Call Center experience; or demonstrated proficiency as an administrative support III at SCF.

Native Preference:

Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.
