1. Commit to tasks which may require additional effort and time for the benefit of the school.
2. Make sure that the school meets all the requirements as per the MOE.
3. Take up and fulfill other responsibilities as requested by the line manager.
4. Contribute to the corporate life of the school through effective participation in meetings and management systems necessary to coordinate the management of the school.
5. Establish effective working relationships and set a good example through the presentation and personal and professional conduct.
6. Maintain confidentiality on matters related to school, staff, students and infrastructure.
