Security Guard

Job Summary:

CDhorizon Oman is seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong observational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and orderly environment. In line with Omanization objectives, this position is open to Omani nationals only .

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage
• Control entry and exit points, verifying identification of employees, visitors, and contractors
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and daily activity records
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Conduct routine inspections of premises, equipment, and access points
• Coordinate with supervisors, emergency services, and local authorities when required
• Provide courteous assistance and clear directions to visitors and staff
• Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards immediately

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Omani nationality (mandatory)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is an advantage
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of safety, security, and emergency response procedures
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in Arabic; basic English is an advantage
• Clean background and good conduct record
