Security Guard

We are looking for Security Guards with at least 02 years of experience in security operations to monitor entry points, conduct inspections, and oversee surveillance systems.

The ideal candidate will be certified in Standard First Aid, have strong communication skills, and work independently in a high-security setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills are also required to manage administrative tasks and lead incident response efforts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Secure Entry Points to ensure restricted access and prevent unauthorized entry
• Conduct Thorough Inspections of vehicles and personnel to safeguard against potential threats
• Perform Active Area Surveillance to detect unusual activity and maintain safety
• Regulate Traffic Flow and Vehicle Operations to ensure efficiency and safety within the premises
• Oversee Surveillance Systems to track and document security incidents in real time
• Lead Incident Response to quickly address and contain security breaches

Required Qualifications

• At least 02 years of experience in security operations or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Certified in Standard First Aid and Floor Warden training.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, with clear communication skills.
• Capable of working independently in a high-security setting with limited supervision.
• Must maintain excellent physical health and mental readiness for the job.
• Experience in office and clerical tasks, with a combination of hands-on exposure and formal education or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard software tools.
• Skilled in minute-taking, with excellent organizational abilities to handle dynamic meeting schedules.
• Ability to develop and manage efficient filing and administrative systems for security operations.
