Security Guard

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Anwar Khawja Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring compliance with company security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control all entry and exit points of the factory.
• Verify identification of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain visitor entry records and gate pass documentation.
• Check incoming and outgoing materials as per gate pass procedure.
• Conduct regular patrols of factory premises.
• Prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized removal of company property.
• Monitor CCTV cameras (if assigned).
• Report suspicious activities immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure fire safety measures are followed and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain discipline and order at the main gate and premises.
• Assist during emergency situations such as fire, accidents, or medical emergencies.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Middle / Matric education.
• Prior experience as a security guard (factory experience preferred).
• Physically fit and alert.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures.
• Ability to read and write (for record keeping).
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Good observation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
