Security Guard

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to provide protective services at active sites. Officers will maintain a safe and secure environment by conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and reporting any unusual activity. This role requires strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols of construction sites
• Monitor site access and ensure only authorized personnel enter
• Deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
• Observe and report any safety hazards or suspicious behavior
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies
• Maintain communication with supervisors, contractors, and site managers
• Protect equipment, materials, and property during non-working hours

Requirements

• No experience required but preferred
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid driver’s license (if vehicle patrol required)
• Security license or certification (if required by state- applicable for armed security)

Shifts Available

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts (Currently hiring all shifts)
• Weekday and weekend positions
• Long-term and short-term project assignment

Pay: $15.99 - $18.99 per hour
