Job Summary

Sharjah Palace Hotel is seeking a professional and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment through regular patrols, monitoring, reporting, and responding to security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security.
• Control access points and verify visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and report any hazards or suspicious activities.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily security logs.
• Assist in crowd control during events and peak operational periods.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
• Support guest service standards while maintaining a professional security presence.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security training or certification.
• Previous hotel security experience.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and safety regulations.
