Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the apartment building, residents, visitors, and property.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
• Control visitor access and maintain visitor records.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when required.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any irregularities.
• Assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security services is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage and highly preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
