Security Guard (Bodyguard)

We are seeking dedicated and dependable Security Guards to help safeguard our workforce, visitors, facilities, equipment, and project sites. We are looking for individuals with strong situational awareness, excellent discipline, and a proactive approach to maintaining security standards.

The Security Guards will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises through regular monitoring, access control, patrol duties, and incident reporting. The successful candidate will play an important role in protecting company assets and supporting a secure working environment.

KEY DUTIES:

• Oversee and regulate access to company offices, construction sites, and other facilities.
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and incoming vehicles before granting entry.
• Conduct scheduled and random patrols to identify and address potential security concerns.
• Monitor site activities and remain alert to any unusual or unauthorized behavior.
• Inspect gates, boundaries, equipment, and critical areas to ensure proper security measures are maintained.
• Record daily observations, security events, and operational activities in a clear and accurate manner.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and safety-related situations.
• Assist management in implementing and enforcing security procedures and site regulations.
• Report accidents, security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety hazards without delay.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a security-related position is preferred, particularly within construction, industrial, logistics, warehousing, or corporate environments.
• Minimum height requirement: 6 feet or taller.
• Strong, masculine, well-built physique; bodybuilding or fitness background will be preferred. Stamina required for active security duties.
• Good observation skills with the ability to remain attentive during extended shifts.
• Familiarity with standard security practices, access control procedures, and incident reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including day and night shifts.
• Security training, certifications, or relevant professional credentials will be an added advantage.
• Must possess a clean background and professional reputation.
• A reliable personal reference or guarantor based in Karachi is mandatory.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
