Security Guard - Canopy

Job Summary Professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly observant, and confident in enforcing policies while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and the dance floor to ensure guest safety
• Verify guest identification and enforce age restrictions
• Enforce club rules, capacity limits, and dress code policies
• De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances in a calm, professional manner
• Remove intoxicated, disruptive, or unauthorized individuals when necessary
• Respond quickly to emergencies, medical incidents, or safety concerns
• Conduct routine patrols of the venue, including restrooms and outdoor areas
• Coordinate with management, bartenders, and local law enforcement as needed
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior security, bouncer, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced, loud environment
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Must be 21 or older
