Security Guard Mon-Fri P/T

Spectre Security is looking for qualified unarmed guard to work in Santa Maria, CA.

Must be able to work Monday through Friday 4PM to 8PM.

Previous security experience, Veterans, Academy Graduates and Prior Law Enforcement are welcomed!

We will train the right candidates if you have no experience in the security field. If you do not have a Guard Card we can assist you in obtaining one.

Requirements:

• Must pass all state required training.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• Must be High school graduate or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have email capable cellphone.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to work well with public, clients and coworkers.
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Detail oriented.
• U.S. Citizen with proof of ability to legally work in the U.S.
• Must have good written/oral communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment, education verification, and DMV if applicable.
• You must possess excellent people skills/customer service skills.
• Prior Law Enforcement is preferred but not required.
• Prior Military preferred but not required.
