Security Guards Supervisor – Night Checking

Job Summary:

The Security Guards Supervisor (Night Checking) will be responsible for supervising deployed security guards during night shifts, conducting surprise checks, ensuring discipline, and maintaining security standards across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular night patrols and surprise checks at assigned locations
• Ensure security guards are present, alert, and properly uniformed
• Verify duty rosters, attendance, and shift compliance
• Check log books, occurrence registers, and handover notes
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, post orders, and client instructions
• Report incidents, absenteeism, or misconduct immediately
• Coordinate with control room and management during night hours
• Ensure proper deployment of guards at gates, posts, and perimeters
• Submit daily night checking reports to management

Required Qualifications:

• Matric / Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in security supervision
• Experience in night checking or patrol supervision preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and disciplinary control
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience with multiple sites or mobile patrol
• Valid motorcycle license
• Familiarity with incident reporting and security documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
