We are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.

• l Ensure that you understand, align performance and actions with, and can clearly articulate the vision and values of the Security department and the business. Flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.
• l Manage physical security of sites through guarding service & monitoring optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices.

• l Facilitate security screening process of all people entering and exiting the facility.
• l Complete ad-hoc and batch badge requests within allotted SLA. Assigning access to individuals and/or groups with proper approval.
• l Perform risk assessments of the site & operations and give recommendations and action plans to the relevant stakeholders whilst reporting these to the S&LP manager.
• l Conduct Security Compliance audits helping to ensure physical standards are in place.

• l Build effective working relationships within the team. Evaluating current and future security service’s processes and initiatives
• l Conduct preliminary analysis and subsequent investigation of any security related incidents.
• l Conduct detailed investigations within the policy framework, identify root cause & write a report, develop management action plan for process formulation/ compliance/ improvement.
• l Conduct interviews when any cases of policy violations arise, including internal and external theft, reporting investigation results.
• l Manage preventative maintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergency response.
• l Coordinate with Government agencies at site level as well as the regulatory authorities for all security related equipment and subjects, (e.g. SIRA, SIA etc.)
• l Act as point of contact for law enforcement authorities. Also, for emergency or critical circumstances.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in physical security or a related field
• Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project & program work plan and ensure compliance with relevant Stakeholders.
• Recruit, lead and build a high-performance Project and Program team with ongoing performance reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
• Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (if necessary).
• Frequent travel between various sites in UAE will be required. UAE driving license is required.
