We are seeking an experienced Security Managed Services Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of managed security services for our clients. This role is responsible for managing service operations, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving continuous improvement in cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, service management, and client engagement.

Lead and manage the delivery of managed security services, including SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.

Oversee service operations, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently met.

Develop and maintain service delivery processes, playbooks, and operational documentation aligned with industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL).
