Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Manager to join our team in Riyadh! In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective security strategies to protect personnel, assets, and operations across project sites and office locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all aspects of physical security, access control, emergency response, and coordination with government authorities and third-party security providers.

• Ensures compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client-specific requirements, with a focus on proactive risk mitigation in high-profile or sensitive environments.

• Ensures that project and contractor construction logistics requirements and demand can be delivered effectively, efficiently, compliantly, and safely, with proper coordination and review of the required procedures and method statements.

• Leads planning for logistics and follows design, procurement, and delivery.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Military Science, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi security laws, labor regulations, and local protocols.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in security management, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, energy, or defense sectors.

• Proven experience in managing security operations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.

• Strong background in physical security, personnel protection, emergency response, and incident management.

• Experience in large-scale or high-security environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPP – Certified Protection Professional, PSP – Physical Security Professional).
