Security Manager

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee all security operations for a major healthcare facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking professional with strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of healthcare security requirements, and the ability to manage teams and liaise with government authorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire security team across hospital facilities and related premises.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
  • Coordinate with hospital administration and government agencies to ensure compliance with local laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures.
  • Supervise access control, CCTV monitoring, fire safety systems, and incident reporting.
  • Manage gate passes, staff ID verification, and visitor control systems.
  • Train and evaluate security personnel to maintain professional standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on security operations, incidents, and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in security management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
  • Arabic speaking with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Qatar laws and regulations related to security operations preferred.
