Security Manager

Yango Group is looking for an experienced Security Manager to strengthen security processes across Türkiye and Azerbaijan . In this role, you will enhance corporate, economic, and facility security, support internal investigations, manage security vendors, and collaborate with local authorities. You will also localize and implement security standards, lead onboarding and awareness training, support crisis-response activities, and ensure that all facilities and operations meet the required security and safety levels.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing economic and corporate security, including staff, visitors, and third-party representatives

• Conducting onboarding security training and delivering security awareness sessions

• Managing background checks and vetting, including vendor research and coordination

• Conducting internal investigations related to misconduct, policy violations, or fraud

• Implementing minimum security standards across offices, hubs, and sorting centers

• Developing and localizing security SOPs, protocols, and procedures for Türkiye and Azerbaijan

• Managing security and safety vendors, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating drills

• Conducting security risk assessments for business products and supporting crisis-response activities

• Responding to critical incidents, mitigating risks, and supporting cooperation with local authorities and law enforcement agencies

• Overseeing loss-prevention activities

You might be a fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate , economic , or facility security management

• A strong background in investigations , vetting , and third-party risk assessment

• Experience with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarms

• Proven skills in developing and implementing security SOPs and training programs

• Experience in crisis response, incident handling, and loss prevention

• The ability to work effectively with government bodies and law enforcement agencies

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in security, law enforcement, risk management, or a related field
