1. Supervises and manages personnel in the Security Unit to ensure high quality of performance and aligns with Fakeeh Care policies and procedures

2. Responsible for scheduling staff and distributing personnel effectively to meet security needs

3. Reviews and implements security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with MOI, internal, international accreditations standards and requirements. Develops emergency procedures and an Emergency Disaster Manual as needed

4. Ensures that government agencies requirements are implemented and followed throughout the organization

5. Conducts regular inspections and audits, documents findings and follows up on recommendations

6. Investigates all security incidents and recommends measures to prevent recurrence

7. Inspects construction and renovation sites to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

8. Monitors hospital and other facilities’ operations to ensure adherence to various regulations and standards. Prepares awareness presentations on security issues

9. Reports daily security issues to the line manager

10. Participates in meetings and committees as required

11. Supervises the work order system issuance from the control room and manages involved personnel

12. Conducts security training sessions for current staff and new hires to enhance awareness and compliance with security protocols

13. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job


Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with emergency response planning and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security

Education:

Bachelor Degree

Language:

Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
