Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee all security operations, ensure compliance with UAE/SIRA regulations, and lead our security team to deliver professional and legally compliant security services across client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage and supervise security staff, scheduling, deployments, and performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and coordination with control rooms, clients, and law enforcement.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.

SIRA Licensing (Mandatory)

• Must hold a valid SIRA Security Manager License / Security Cadre Card issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA). This includes:
• Emirates ID and valid UAE residency.
• Certificate of good conduct from Dubai Police addressed to SIRA.
• SIRA-approved Security Manager course completion certificate.
• Age within SIRA regulatory range (typically 25–60) for this cadre.
• Understand and ensure compliance with ongoing SIRA regulations, digital licensing, and audit requirements.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of security experience (private security operations).

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent command of security protocols, risk analysis, and emergency response.
• Clear communication (English required; Arabic a plus).
• Proficient in report writing and documentation.
