Security Manager

Full supervision of all external gates (entry and exit points).

Monitoring and controlling the movement of employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors.

Supervising vehicle entry and exit procedures, including trucks, company cars, and supplier vehicles.

Ensuring proper inspection and security checks of all incoming and outgoing vehicles.

Verifying identification, permits, and delivery documents before granting access.

Overseeing search and inspection procedures for individuals and vehicles when required.

Maintaining accurate records of all movements (entry/exit logs for personnel and vehicles).

Ensuring safe and organized traffic flow inside and outside the factory premises.

Preventing unauthorized access and reporting any suspicious activities immediately.

Coordinating with management regarding any security incidents or irregular movements.

The Security Manager is fully responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and well-documented access and exit operations at all factory gates.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in security management.
• Preferably experience within industrial or manufacturing environments.
