Job Purpose

The Security Manager – Operations oversees all security operations as per SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) compliance. The role ensures effective deployment of manpower, smooth functioning of security sites, client satisfaction, incident management, and adherence to local security regulations and company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

  • Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
  • Ensure full compliance with SIRA regulations, security protocols, and SOPs.
  • Supervise the scheduling, deployment, and performance of security personnel.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and audits.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain updated SIRA licenses for personnel and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage documentation: duty rosters, incident reports, attendance, and deployment records.
  • Ensure guards meet SIRA training, certification, and licensing requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients.
  • Handle client concerns, feedback, and service improvement requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver operational reports to clients and management.

Incident & Risk Management

  • Respond to major incidents, emergencies, and escalations.
  • Conduct investigations and submit detailed reports.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of supervisors, security guards, and coordinators.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Organize refresher training and skill enhancement sessions.

Resource & Cost Control

  • Optimize manpower allocation to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Monitor overtime, attendance, and staffing levels.
  • Support in budgeting and operational planning.

RequirementsMandatory

  • Valid SIRA Certification (Supervisor/Manager level preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of SIRA rules, local security laws, and industry best practices.
