Job Purpose

• Provide safety and security to all employees, guests and assets.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment aligned with luxury service standards.
• Support daily security operations and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Guest Experiences related areas, maintaining high levels of service.
• Strive to continuously exceed guests' expectations by anticipating their needs and requests.
• Ambassador of the company's wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment aligned with luxury service standards.
• Support daily security operations and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.

Key Operational Responsibilities

• Monitor resort premises through regular patrols and CCTV systems.
• Control access to all areas and verify staff, guest, and contractor entry.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Document all security activities, incidents, and reports accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth and safe resort operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, emergency protocols, and company standards.
• Assist in crowd control, VIP movements, and special events as needed.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

• Certification in security preferred.

Work Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
• Pre opening experience.
