The Role

As an Interr Security Officer supporting a luxury retail brand, you will play a key role in protecting people, product, and reputation—while helping create a calm, welcoming, and elevated customer experience.

You will be highly visible, impeccably professional, and service-driven, ensuring security enhances the retail experience rather than interrupting it.

This is a Permenant Part-time role, 12-16 hours per week (Friday) with some oppertunities for extra hour hours as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a polished, approachable presence aligned with a luxury retail environment
• Greet customers and assist with store entry, directions, and general inquiries
• Serve as a customer-service resource while maintaining situational awareness
• Observe, assess, and respond to security concerns discreetly and professionally
• De-escalate situations calmly, respectfully, and with minimal disruption
• Partner closely with store leadership and retail associates
• Support loss prevention and incident response as needed
• Complete clear, accurate reports when required

• Customer-service-oriented with a hospitality or retail mindset
• Professional, composed, and confident in high-end environments
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong situational awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Preferred Experience

• Security, hospitality, retail, or concierge experience
• Experience in luxury retail, corporate, or client-facing environments
• Valid security license or ability to obtain one (as required by law)

Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
