Security Officer (Ex-Forces Preferred)

A reputable hospitality organization is seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Officer to join its team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and company assets while maintaining strong operational control and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired personnel from Army, Police, or Navy preferred
• Strong background in security, discipline, and operational control
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (hospitality, corporate, industrial, or institutional security will be an advantage)
• Physically fit and medically sound
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all security operations on-site
• Ensure strict access control at entry and exit points
• Supervise security guards and ensure proper shift management
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and respond to suspicious activity promptly
• Handle emergencies, incidents, and crisis situations professionally
• Prepare accurate incident and daily security reports
• Ensure compliance with all security SOPs and safety protocols
• Coordinate with management for security planning and risk prevention
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety standards
• Assist in VIP movements, events, and special assignments when required
