What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to supervisors, building contacts, and/or first responders as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify unusual conditions, report security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized activity.

Support employees, guests, and contractors with directions, check-in procedures, and policy questions while maintaining accurate records, clear communication, and a professional presence.
Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
