Security Officer Access Command
As a Security Officer Access Command in Shreveport, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a utilities location, you will help monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a smooth flow of authorized access for employees, visitors, and vendors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, identification checks, credential verification, and entry and exit monitoring at a utilities location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.

Monitor access points, gates, lobbies, and/or control areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, verify permissions, and report unusual activity according to post instructions.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for security-related issues, equipment concerns, and/or access control irregularities. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Maintain accurate visitor logs, badge records, key and/or credential control activities, and support site-specific policies related to restricted areas, deliveries, and contractor access.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
