What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification, verifying appointments and/or delivery documentation, issuing visitor credentials, and directing traffic flow as needed.
Monitor facility activity using security-related systems and visual observation, documenting unusual activity and reporting concerns per site protocol to help to deter unauthorized access.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the building, yard, and perimeter, checking gates, doors, and staging areas for irregular conditions; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a TSA issued TWIC.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
