Security Officer Access Control Associate
As a Security Officer Access Control Associate in Sparrows Point, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at an industrial location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, screen visitors, and document deliveries, vendor activity, and/or guest access in accordance with post instructions.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.

Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, access-related events, and incident details, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Security experience of 6+ months is required.

At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
