As a Security Officer Armed Certified Patrol Driver in Brookshire, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and merchandise zones, and document observations, incidents, and/or policy violations according to Allied Universal reporting procedures.
• Interact with customers, visitors, and store personnel in a professional manner while supporting access control, de-escalation efforts, and other security-related duties assigned for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
