Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or other communication systems from the dispatch post, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by receiving reports, prioritizing calls, dispatching appropriate personnel, and following established site protocols.

Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other dispatch records to support daily operations and security-related response efforts.

Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter by communicating with field personnel, tracking status updates, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
