Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator
As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Maiden, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch tools to help identify unusual activity and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Coordinate routine and urgent dispatch activity by receiving calls, prioritizing incidents, documenting details, and communicating updates to Allied Universal personnel and designated site contacts.

Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and status records related to calls for service, alarm activity, visitor concerns, and other security-related events.

Support regular and random patrol activity by dispatching personnel to assigned areas, tracking coverage across the location, and reporting issues that may require follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:

Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
