Security Officer Dispatch Officers
As a Security Officer Dispatch Specialist in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. In this role, you will monitor systems, coordinate communications, document activity, and help to address security-related incidents with professionalism and care. You will serve as a key connection point for officers, employees, and visitors while delivering strong customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities for a financial institution location.

Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, prioritize routine and urgent requests, and coordinate the appropriate response to security-related incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity.

Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and communication records, helping to support accurate documentation, follow-up, and information sharing with site leadership and/or responding personnel.

Use radios, phones, computer systems, and other dispatch tools to relay timely information, track officer status, and help to coordinate coverage for posts, escorts, and incident response needs.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to direct resources, communicate updates, and support regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Must be 21+ years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
