Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential Patrol Officer in a driving post, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a reliable, caring, and innovative approach while working as part of a team and acting with integrity throughout your location.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activity according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and community amenities, assist with access-related questions, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support a professional living environment by observing for policy violations, trespassing, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicating relevant information to residents, management, and/or public services when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
