Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Concierge in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, monitor access, support security-related procedures, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk responsibilities, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures to guests and staff.
• Respond to incidents, calls for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels.
• Support front desk operations by answering phones, directing visitors, receiving deliveries, and observing lobby activity to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
• Assist with site-specific reporting, badge distribution, and coordination with onsite personnel regarding security-related policies, visitor management, and/or unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
