What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities across the location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions, observations, and activities according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and help to deter unauthorized presence in restricted operational areas.

Support emergency response activities, assist with evacuations or access control changes when needed, and communicate with supervisors and/or local contacts regarding security-related issues.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
