Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location where you will manage access control, greet visitors and drivers, verify credentials, and document entries using a computer and/or tablet. You will remain visible, conduct routine rounds as needed, and help to deter security-related incidents through strong communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy requirements, backed by a caring, agile, and integrity-driven team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control entry and exit at gates and/or lobbies by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, verifying appointments and/or shipping documentation, and directing traffic to appropriate docks and staging areas.
• Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle and trailer activity by logging arrivals and departures, confirming seals and/or load information as required, and reporting irregularities per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services and completing required incident documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter, including yards, dock areas, and parking zones, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report hazards, damage, and/or suspicious behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
