You will verify credentials, monitor entry points and nearby areas, document activity, and communicate clearly with property staff to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or delivery drivers by following Allied Universal procedures, access control protocols, and site-specific policies.
Control entry and exit at community gates and/or checkpoints by verifying credentials, confirming authorization, and directing traffic and pedestrian flow as needed.
Monitor cameras, alarms, and/or access control systems; document unusual activity and report maintenance or security-related concerns through the designated communication channels.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate and assisting with incident documentation.
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, amenities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify conditions requiring attention.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
