Duties

Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems (CCTV) to detect suspicious activity and ensure operational safety.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or hazards.
Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders.
Enforce security protocols and conflict management procedures to de-escalate situations effectively.
Perform loss prevention activities by identifying theft or vandalism and documenting incidents accurately.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, and security logs to ensure compliance and accountability.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Certifications in first aid, CPR, conflict management, CCTV operation, or loss prevention are preferred.
Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and other security technology.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while making quick decisions.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, law enforcement, and emergency personnel.
Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required by the role.
