As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Concierge in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, assisting visitors and staff, and supporting security-related procedures for a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, provide directions, receive deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and consistent application of access protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
