You will maintain a visible presence, complete routine patrols of assigned areas, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with employees and guests. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control requirements, and/or emergency response activities as needed at an aerospace and defense location.
Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying credentials, issuing temporary badges as directed, processing visitors and contractors, and maintaining access logs in accordance with site policy.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting suspicious activity, completing incident documentation, and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and to identify security-related or operational concerns for reporting.
Screen vehicles, deliveries, and property movements as assigned, following established procedures for inspections, escorts, and documentation to support controlled access to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
