What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor lobby and entrance activity, assist with access control practices, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and clear communication.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.

Support front desk operations by verifying visitor information, maintaining required logs and reports, and directing guests and deliveries in accordance with location protocols.
Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
