Position Overview

United Protective Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Security Officer to join our team at a local shopping center. This is a highly visible golf cart patrol position, ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging with the public in a professional setting.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers, tenants, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal activity through proactive patrols
• Conduct regular golf cart patrols of the parking lot, remaining alert and mobile
• Provide professional, courteous interactions with the public and tenants
• Complete accurate and timely Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
• Report incidents, hazards, and concerns promptly to the appropriate contacts
