What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, credential checks, and/or entry screening at a chemical and petrochemical location.

Monitor and document the movement of personnel, vehicles, and deliveries entering and leaving the location, helping to support authorized access and reporting unusual activity or access concerns.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and site-specific emergency response protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entry points, restricted areas, and perimeter zones, noting conditions and reporting security-related concerns.

Complete required logs, reports, and incident documentation related to access control activities, visitor processing, and daily security-related operations.
Minimum Requirements:

A TSA issued TWIC is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
