You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and document observations with clear communication. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service while working as part of a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity and a caring culture that puts people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and help to maintain orderly entry and exit for employees, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Document observations, patrol activities, and incident details in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate notable conditions during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
